Built an AI-powered pipeline that ingests bank pdf statements from multiple institutions, extracts transactions, and reconciles them against an internal ledger. Replaced a manual workflow that consumed significant operations capacity.
Designed and shipped an AI voice agent that handles inbound phone orders 24/7 and routes them directly into the POS system. Eliminated missed calls during peak hours and freed staff to focus on kitchen operations.
Built an integrated operations system for a growing nail salon group across multiple locations. An AI voice agent handles inbound appointment bookings and sends automated reminders — reducing no-shows without adding front-desk overhead. End-of-day handwritten tip sheets are processed through an OCR pipeline into a consolidated spreadsheet; on low-booking days, the system automatically triggers short-form promotional content to the salon's Instagram and TikTok.
Designed a content production and lead acquisition system for a growth-stage marketing agency. An AI-assisted drafting pipeline takes briefs to publication-ready copy across blog, email, and social — with human approval gates at each stage. On the acquisition side, inbound leads are enriched, scored by engagement signals, and automatically dropped into personalized nurture tracks in the CRM — eliminating the gap between content performance and sales follow-up.
